Adler Evo srl, for the Santhià plant (VC) is looking for the HR PLANT MANAGER.

Main Responsibilities

▪ Cooperation with Plant Manager & Management Team in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives – be real Business Partner, Advisor
▪ Lead & develop HR team
▪ Own and ensure HR process compliance with law, regulations & corporate policies
▪ Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management/people development, internal communication etc. at site level
▪ Manage budget (labor costs, manex costs)
▪ Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes
▪ Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives, keep positive relations & constructive dialogue,
▪ Create positive workplace
▪ Support and implement personal/organizational changes within the company
▪ Adjust organization structure to business needs – agile organization
▪ Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, Manage HR KPI
▪ Report relevant HR information to the Group
▪ Collaborate with HR community within the Group
▪ Involve in HR projects in the company



Desired Profile
▪ 3-5 years of experience in similar position in production, automotive industry preferred
▪ University degree
▪ Strong HR experience gained in fast-paced environment
▪ Knowledge of English
▪ Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
▪ Good knowledge of labor law and best practices in HR (recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, etc)
▪ Energy & positive attitude
